Dark spots and brown spots are caused by hormonal changes, sun exposure, and various environmental factors. Some of these skin changes are often temporary and won’t be permanent. So how do you fade dark spots and correct all brown spots?

What Caused My Dark Spots Hyperpigmentation?

You know those brown dots on your cheeks, hands, and chest that aren’t freckles? You know the ones I’m talking about. It’s called

These cells lack stem cells and have cellular arms that protrude into the skin. These arms are highly delicate and prone to harm—the arms’ leak’ melanin in large regions rather than evenly across the skin cells when injured.

My Dark Spot Corrector Review - How to Apply

Following the ramp-up below, apply the REVERSE Targeted Dark Spot Corrector Serum to areas of concern.

Week 1: Apply the REVERSE Targeted Dark Spot Corrector Serum to areas of concern once daily, avoiding the eye area.

Week 2 and beyond: Increase to twice daily, AM and PM, as tolerated.

1. Apply after cleansing and toning.

2. Apply to the desired location. There is no need to rinse.

3. Apply your day or night products after that.

As I have sensitive skin, I do not apply it in a thick layer as it might cause a reaction. However, I have completed using one Targeted Dark Spot Corrector Serum tube, and I have not reacted since.

Things to do while in the sun to take care of your skin!

It’s important to remember that it’s not simply sunbathing that puts you at risk, as does going out in the sun without sufficient protection. If you routinely engage in outdoor hobbies or sports, those of us who enjoy working in the garden may be at increased risk. Ensure that you follow all of the Five S’s of Sun Safety and NEVER BURN!

Step 1: Wearing sun-safe clothing.

  • Clothing can be one of the most efficient sun-protection barriers.
  • Wear clothing that covers as much skin as possible, and keep your shoulders covered ( they can quickly burn)
  • Fabrics with a tighter weave will provide more protection.
  • A cloth offers the best protection with a high UPF rating.

 

Step 2: Sun Protection Understanding

  • No mineral barrier sunscreen provides total protection.
  • Never rely solely on mineral barrier sunscreen to protect your skin.
  • Always apply sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 30 or higher, preferably water-resistant. Using a generous amount consistently to clean, dry skin that will be exposed from the back of the hands, neck, lips, ears, and so on.
  • Reapply, reapply, reapply, reapply, reapply, reapply, reapply, reapply Apply 20 minutes before heading outside, and preferably again when you’re out.
  • Check that it has a UVA sign and a broad spectrum (if it has a star rating, use a minimum 4 star)
  • Store in a convenient, cool location, and remember to check the expiry date.
  • Regardless of the directions, all sunscreens should be reapplied every 2 hours, more frequently if sweating or swimming.
  • A Lip balm with SPF 30+ should be used to protect your lips.

 

Step 3: Wearing a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.

  • Wearing a hat with a wide brim to protect your face, neck, and ears always.
  • The most effective hats are legionnaire (with a flap that protects the neck and links the front peak) or bucket-style (with a least 7.5cm brim).
  • A close weave or UPF-rated cloth will offer more protection.
  • Baseball caps do not provide adequate shade for the ears and neck, which can quickly burn.
  • Because UV radiation from the sun can be harmful to the eyes, it is critical to wear quality sunglasses.
  • The lens quality and overall design determine overall eye protection.
  • Look for the European CE seal, which denotes a high degree of safety.
  • Those with a high EPF (which ranges from 1 to 10) will provide the best protection.
  • Ensure that they are tightly fitted and wrapped around to prevent solar UVR from entering the sides and top.
  • Remember that the price and darkness of the lens have no bearing on the level of protection.
