In that case, you will be able to effectively communicate your company’s message, tell the story of how your business came to fruition, adding value to anyone who will listen.

An essential part of developing a personal brand is finding your unique voice. This voice should reflect what you stand for and how you want people to perceive yourself as they interact with you or your company.

My Pro Tip – an essential aspect of personal branding is consistency in the message, i.e. who you are, what you stand for ( are you a woman advocate, do you advocate for the under privilege or working women). Like any other brand, consistency goes a long way in developing and promoting your own voice as part of your brand’s strategy.

Consistency means that you’re able to keep up with your blog posts, social media content, and more. It also means that you can maintain an audience interested in what you have to say. On the other hand, if you’re not honest and consistent with your messaging, then without fail, people will see through your marketing efforts and move on.

Another essential part of maintaining your brand is consistency in presenting yourself. This includes things like your voice, tone, and style—and even how you dress! 

Ensuring that the image you create for yourself is relatable and unique from other people’s brands. Make sure that your brand reflects you and what is special about you.

Next time someone asks if they should buy into a particular product or service because it has lots of good reviews, remember this: Many companies spend their resources actively trying to influence those reviews in their favour by buying ads on sites like Yelp. Unfortunately, this can lead to a skewed view of what people say about their products. So like Yelp, your social media online presence can influence those actively searching out information on who you are.

The former first lady of the USA worked as an attorney and author from 2009 until 2017. Mrs Obama was the first African-American woman to hold this office. She is the former first lady of the United States and the wife of former President Barack Obama.

Obama was raised on Chicago’s South Side and attended Princeton University and Harvard Law School. Beginning her professional career at the law firm Sidley Austin, where she met Barack Obama. She later worked in NGOs and as the University of Chicago’s assistant dean of Student Services and the V.P. for Community and External Affairs at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Michelle married Barack in 1992, and they had two daughters together.

Throughout 2007 and 2008, Obama campaigned for her husband’s presidential bid, delivering the keynote address at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. She has since made famous remarks at 2012, 2016, and 2020 Republican National Conventions.

She is a French politician and lawyer who has served as President of the European Central Bank since November 1, 2019. Previously, Ms Lagarde served as Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund from July 2011 until September 2019. (IMF).

Lagarde formerly served in the French government as Minister of Foreign Trade (2005–2007), Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries (2007), and Minister of the Economy, Finance, and Industry (2007–2011). Lagarde is the first woman to serve as finance minister of a G8 country and lead the ECB and the IMF.

Lagarde, a well-known antitrust and labour lawyer, was the first female Chair of the prominent international legal firm Baker & McKenzie from 1999 until 2004. The Financial Times named her the most extraordinary finance minister in the Eurozone on November 16, 2009.

Her selection was the 11th row for a European to lead the IMF. She was the only candidate nominated for the position and was re-elected by consensus for a second five-year term beginning on July 5 2016. In addition, Forbes named her second on its list of the world’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2019 and again in 2020.

Sherrilyn Ifill, a nonprofit director and law professor, was born on December 17, 1962, in New York, New York. Ifill received her B.A. in English from Vassar College in 1984 before earning her J.D. from NewYork University School of Law in 1987.

Ifill worked as a senior fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union office in New York from 1987 to 1988. Then, from 1988 through 1993, she served as an assistant lawyer for the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund. While there, Ifill argued the historical case of Houston Lawyers’ Association v. Attorney General of Texas in 1991, which established that the second article of the Voting Rights Act applied to judicial elections. In 1993, Ifill was accepted as a law professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she specialised in civil procedure and constitutional law.

She co-founded one of the nation’s first legal clinics focused on removing legal impediments that prevent recently released criminal convicts from re-entering society. In 2007, she wrote On the Courthouse Lawn: Confronting the Legacy of Lynching in the Twenty-First Century. In addition, Ifill was appointed President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund in 2012. In this capacity, she oversaw Shelby County v. Holder in 2013 and Fisher v. the University of Texas at Austin in 2016.

Ifill has received multiple honours, including the Award for Professional Excellence from Harvard Law School’s Center on the Legal Profession and the Society of American Law Teachers’ M. Shanara Gilbert Human Rights Award. 

In 2015, she delivered commencement addresses at Bard University and her alma school, NewYork University, where she was also awarded honorary doctorate degrees. In addition, Ifill was a frequent guest and contributor on CNN, NBC, ABC, C-Span, and National Public Radio, and she served on the boards of Equal Justice Works, the National Constitution Center, the Learning Policy Institute, and the National Women’s Law Center, as well as serving as board chair of U.S. Programs for the Open Society from 2011 to 2013.

A Swedish environmental campaigner is known for pressing world leaders to take quick action to combat climate change. She speaks English fluently and conducts most of her public engagements in English. 

Ms Thunberg rose to prominence due to her youth and her direct and blunt speaking style, both as a public and to political leaders and assemblies, in which she criticises world leaders for failing to take what she believes sufficient action to address the climate catastrophe.

Thunberg’s involvement began when she pushed her parents to adopt environmentally friendly lifestyle choices. In August 2018, at 15, she began spending her school days outside the Swedish Parliament, holding a placard that read Skolstrejk för climate, calling for more climate action (School strike for climate).

Other students soon joined in on the protests in their respective areas. They banded together to form the Fridays for Future school climate strike movement. Every week after Thunberg spoke at the 2018 United Nations Climate Change Conference, there was a student strike somewhere in the world. In 2019, several coordinated multi-city protests involving over a million students.

Thunberg sailed in a yacht to North America to avoid carbon-intensive flying, where she attended the 2019 U.N. Climate Action Summit. Her outburst, in which she yelled, “How dare you,” was widely publicised and turned into music.

Ms Thunberg has received numerous honours and awards, including an honorary Fellowship of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, inclusion in Time’s 100 most influential people, being the youngest Time Person of the Year, inclusion on Forbes’ list of The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women (2019), and Nobel Peace Prize nominations in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Ms Osaka also became the first woman since Serena Williams in 2015 to win three Grand Slam singles titles in a row.

Since three, Osaka, born in Japan to a Haitian father and a Japanese mother, has lived and trained in the United States. Rising to fame after she defeated former U.S. Open winner Samantha Stosur in her WTA Tour debut in 2014 at 16. She reached her first WTA final two years later, at the 2016 Pan Pacific Open in Japan, to break into the top 50 in the WTA rankings. 

Ms Osaka broke into the top tier of women’s tennis in 2018 when she won her first WTA championship at the Indian Wells Open. Later that year, she overcame Serena Williams, the 23-time Grand Slam singles champion, becoming the first Japanese player to win a Grand Slam singles title in the U.S. Open final. 

In terms of annual earnings, she was also the highest-paid female athlete of all time. Furthermore, Osaka has gained significant attention as an activist, has shown her support for the Black Lives Matter movement during her matches. Ms Osaka As a result, she was named one of Sports Illustrated’s 2020 Sportspersons of the Year for her activism, which she primarily accomplished during her U.S. Open title run, and she was also named to Time’s annual list of the world’s 100 most influential people in both 2019 and 2020.

Ms Osaka was also named the Laureus World Sportswoman of the Year in 2021. A television producer, screenwriter, and author from the United States. She is best known as the creator, chief writer, and executive producer of Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, and the political thriller series Scandal. Off the Map, How to Get Away with Murder, The Catch, and Station 19 are among ABC television shows that Rhimes has executive produced.

Rhimes was selected to Time’s annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2007 and 2021. Her debut memoir, “Year of Yes: How to Dance It Out, Stand in the Sun, and Be Your Own Person”, was published in 2015. In 2017, Netflix announced a multi-year development agreement with Rhimes, under which all of her future productions will be Netflix Original shows.

She started IBM in 1981 as a systems engineer and then oversaw worldwide sales, marketing, and strategy until becoming President and CEO in January 2012.

In 2002, as general manager of IBM’s worldwide services division, she assisted in negotiating IBM’s acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ I.T. consulting business, becoming well-known for her work in integrating the two organisations. As CEO, she prioritised IBM’s analytics, cloud computing, and cognitive computing systems.

Rometty’s stint as CEO of IBM was highlighted by accolades such as Bloomberg’s 50 Most Influential People in the World, Fortune’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business,” Time’s 20 Most Important People in Technology, and Forbes’ America’s Top 50 Women In Tech.
