Lifestyle has left her with little time to learn how to use with her children, and she doesn’t know whether she will have enough to spend time teaching them or caring for them at the same time. Since a few of her clients had found success in Consulting and Direct Sales, she began investigating and researching the possibility of starting a Direct Sales company.
After taking several months of maternity leave, Laura did not need to convince. Laura had never seen MLM Rodan+Fields® on Facebook and had skipped the chance to engage in a lucrative new money-making opportunity. “At first, I thought I was going to join with the doctors, but when I signed up with Doctors and Dermatologist, I realised it was just the right time for me “, Laura.
Laura made a phone call to the SkinCare Consultant on Facebook and let her know that she interested in joining her team, and she was given a chance. In the months that followed, she signed up with the Consultants to become Independent skincare professional.
I did chicken out for the record at first because I was working so hard and had no time for a new baby, but then I had to remember that I should give my kid something back to them that I didn’t have.
In the year before transitioning to work for herself, Laura ran her own profitable Rodan + Fields company for four years at a major financial institution. Having acquired the ability to be part of an RF (remotely focused) team, Laura describes that her opportunity afforded her a family with the flexibility to choose the routes they ride, exploring and understanding their strengths. working with my family has been incredible because this [work] doesn’t need me to be done by myself.” the thing that has affected our lives the most has been the opportunity to be present
Laura had not dreamed of becoming a stay-at-at-home mum, but she had put it on hold when she had her first daughter and once again felt the need to work when she became pregnant with her second one year later on. I never had any dreams of being a stay-at-home mother, but once I had my son, I knew I had to make those changes. At the same time, I saw I could also be positive as a hands-on mother and wife. So I built my business to help our family. When she fully committed herself to her business, she realised she might serve as a role model for others’ advancement.
Although there will be a great reward for all those who participate, this adventure is bound to be one person’s ownable; each person’s objectives will be different. It doesn’t seem likely that I will ever grow tired of saying it. I might have made more money if I’d started seven years ago because millions of people have the same situation I was in previously. It’s not that they don’t want to work hard; it’s that they haven’t found anything to do. I seem to be an expert on the subject to most of the population.
Despite being a mother of four, she continues to be busy and wants to do things she loves, but she remains committed to living in the present moment with her family. It is something that I write to my children each day after we have done our daily activities, when we’ve finished with each of our projects, to let them know about all of the good things that we’ve accomplished. If I worked a typical eight-hour day job, I would not have the memories of the people I had worked with because I would have long ago left by five or six p.m.
Laura and her husband both give the ministries time and travel worldwide to help construct orphanages. In addition, Laura and her husband work for philanthropic causes by helping establish orphanages in foreign locations. For me, these things are equally important; my work is to be about serving the people who have put their trust in me and making sure they know I love them and being present in their lives as much as possible.
Discover your reason for starting on your journey as an Entrepreneur. Find your reason for working, and never stop doing so. When people sign up, they feel frustrated because they don’t hear anything back from you, so they leave. Doing nothing to cause people to believe you are superior to be inferior is one to the other is your worst offence Ignore anyone else’s point of view and keep your attention on your purposes. It’s important to consider everyone else’s motivations and overlook them. Doing it often enough, and you will have to do it. It’s a significant enough reason to warrant the effort, so make an effort to continue. Try your best, and within these next five to ten years, you will have regrets for not having tried just as hard then.
